Mission San Gabriel Arcángel, the 21st mission, was founded on "The Feast of the Birth of Mary" September 8 in 1771.

Each tile is individually hand painted and then fired in a kiln to 1800º F until the vivid jewel-like colors emerge.  They are frost proof and heat proof and can be used for indoor/outdoor architectural use or indoors as a wall hanging or a hot plate.  The size of each tile is 6”x 6” x 3/8” and comes unframed.
